We have been providing loft insulation and bespoke boarding services for over 10 years. Our team of professionals are highly skilled and experienced in all types of loft insulation and raised loft boarding solutions. We also provide loft clear out services.
We are a family run business based in Berkshire and we serve all of the Home Counties. .
We start with a free consultation and assessment of your loft or business space to determine the best insulation solution for your needs. We’ll then schedule the installation at a time that works for you.
Prior to installing any new insulation in your loft our experts will protect any electrics that are present. Any down-light connections are covered with loft lids to prevent overheating and failure.
We then follow government guidelines that loft insulation in the UK should be at least 270mm thick. We achieve this by firstly installing a 100mm bottom layer of insulation between your loft joists. We then add a 200mm top layer of insulation which is laid perpendicular to your loft joists. This eliminates any gaps between the two layers of insulation.
The insulation we use is non-combustible.
Once your loft has been professionally insulated our experts can install various boarding solutions to meet your needs. This will give our customers additional storage space within their homes, which is safe to walk on. Our boards are raised above your new insulation so they in no way compromise its effectiveness. We can also add shelves for additional storage.
We only use the best quality products in our installations. In our opinion the industry leaders in loft insulation within the UK is Knauf. That’s why we only use Knauf loft insulation on our installations.
We use our local recycling centre to get rid of any waste from your loft. This includes any old ineffective insulation or any items you wish to be disposed of during our loft clear out service.
